Reporting to the Head of GMA Program and Offers, the main roles and responsibilities of the GMA Cost Base & Profitability Manager are to:

GMA Cost base:
  • Monitor and maintain global GMA cost base based on historical data, repair contracts, reliability, …
  • Lead improvement actions (e.g. support to negotiations with suppliers, upgrades, …) to reduce costs and increase GMA competitiveness
  • Perform any analysis required to support negotiations or ATR initiatives
  • Customize GMA cost base for each sales campaigns
  • Analyze costs of GMA contracts and identify any deviation compared to the baseline
  • Identify root cause and lead corrective action plans with all involved stakeholders (contract administrators, repair managers, procurement, …)
  • Validate GMA contract reconciliations (quarterly, …) 
  • Ensure processes alignment worldwide (Miami, Singapore, Toulouse)

key skills / key personal attributes / experience required:

Engineering school or University engineering degree 

Expected skills:
  • Knowledge of component maintenance and MRO industry.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Business oriented
  • Outstanding communication and personal skills with external contributors (suppliers) or internal (team or others contributors / Internal customers)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work,
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong attention to detail
  • Pro-active proposal of improvements and open minded on change
  • Fluent in English, other languages would be a plus
