HR ADMINISTRATION PROJECTS (H/F)

position summary:

In the Human Resources Department of ATR, you will support the activities related to Personnel Administration.
You will be attached to the ATR’s Head of Reward.

main responsabilities:

 HR Administration Projects
  • Manage all HR administration related projects (R2 workday ATR impact, Core HR strategy)
  • Project or MFT leader for some Administration Projects (new laws, agreements, company projects)
  • Coordinate and/or conduct activities related to HR administration (such as contracts, amendments, resignation letter, mission letter, time management and time saving accounts)
Data Analysis of HR DATA:
  • Conduct Data Analysis and associated studies (Bilan Social, etc.)
  • Interpret and market these analysis, propose concrete actions and solutions
  • Benchmark with external market
Activity Coordination of all employee Administration topics
  • Propose and put in place innovative and digital solutions
  • Manage Employee Requests processes
  • Develop documents/guidelines related to HR administration for employees and HRBPs
  • Focal point for Housing commission
Link with AIRBUS REWARD Operations
  • Be the Focal point for ATR
  • Animate the monthly meeting
  • Send and track actions & deadlines each month
Organization Management
  • Manage and apply ATR’s Organization management principles
  • Create or edit position and siglum management
 
Work Medal:
  • Focal Point for outsourced medal management
  • Organize and manage the medal ceremony

key skills / key personal attributes / experience required:

We are looking for a candidate with the following experiences and skills:
  • Holds a Bac +4/5 in Human Resources (or equivalent)
  • 3 to 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally in the industry
  • Good knowledge on Payroll and time  management
  • Project Management skills
  • Data analysis  and synthesis
  • Good knowledge of HR processes & social policies
  • Organization, efficiency, periodization and coordination
  • Adaptability and  emergency Management
  • Team spirit and customer mindset
  • IT Skills : SAP (indispensable), Excel, Word, PowerPoint
