position summary:

- ET (Research & Technologies) Department
  1. Mission
  • Define the medium and long-term strategic plan of ATR research.
  • Reinforce ATR position as actor of the R&T activities among high-level research networks.
  • Drive Research satisfying specific Turboprop needs.
  • Promote innovation, focusing in R&T, to sustain ATR position on market and prepare future.
  1. Key Tasks
  • Lead R&T projects.
  • Manage international cooperation programs.
  • Manage budget allocation, deviations monitoring.
  • Perform Transversal Coordination with other ATR Directorates for the R&T activities under ATR responsibility.
  • Ensure the follow-up of activities plan, budget, risks, audit, in accordance with applicable Contractual documentation and following Directive(s) agreed with the International Cooperation Organization(s) involved into the Projects (FP7, HORIZON2020, etc.).
  • For new Projects : coordinate with other ATR Directorates the preparation of the documentation necessary to support ATR answer to the participation CALLS set up by involved International Cooperation Organization(s).

  • Engineering Directorate (E): E CoC departments, Flight department for technical aspects.
  • Finance Directorate (F): costing, financial controlling, accounting and taxes department.
  • Corporate Directorate (X): Public Affairs department for relation with Institutional
  • Organizations, Corporate Communication department for internal and external communications (publications, events).
  • Legal Directorate (L): for legal aspects, such as consortium agreement, NDA, Intellectual Properties.
  • External ATR
    • Partners (Leonardo, Airbus)
    • International Institutions (involved in cooperation or R&T  financing)

main responsabilities:

  1. Position
  2. Preparation and management of documentation required for the project monitoring and follow-up, including any additional specific documentation requested by the organization that initiated the tender for the R & T project and its update (WBS, CBS, OBS, SWOT, table Risks / Opportunities, Gantt, ...)
  3. Preparation and management of KPIs and Dashboards for internal visibility
  4. Follow-up of the CIR Research Tax Credit activity
