14th ATR Operators' Conference
ATR hosted its 2017 Operators’ Conference in Madrid
ATR hosted its biennial Operators’ Conference last week, in Madrid. The theme of the conference was “Customer Focus: Our Priority” and indeed some 188 customers (representing 76 Airlines/lessors) and a total of 337 attendees were welcomed. The conference was an opportunity for operators to discuss and ask questions on a variety of Customer Support subjects. Through a series of presentations, workshops, Q&A sessions and discussions at differently themed ATR booths, participants received information about forthcoming and existing solutions. They also received updates on recent innovations and improvements, as well as timelines for implementation.
Customer service is at the heart of what we do and through responding to the needs of our customers we can ensure that ATR will remain the market leader in regional aviation. By listening to our customers we can better understand them. This allows us to improve and adapt our customer support; developing products & services that are closely aligned with their operational needs. This ensures the continued recognition of ATR as the best solution to the challenges our operators face in the complex aviation industry.
