The Global Maintenance Agreement (GMA), commonly known as  ‘Power By the Hour’ (PBH) is an innovative ATR concept to provide ATR Operators with customised and flexible solutions for on-aircraft and off-aircraft maintenance.

For 20 years, through the GMA, ATR has contributed to reducing operators’ maintenance costs and boosting their operations.

This highly flexible solution allows to meet a wide range of airlines’ specific needs (based on the operator’s choices in investment, local resources, aircraft fleet, expected use, and on-site stock protection level).

Time & Material solutions

The SPOT Agreement is a creative and customised maintenance service dedicated to customers interested in a very flexible arrangement, a short-term but renewable agreement with specific conditions. The services offered on a time and material basis cover:

  • Line-Replaceable Units (LRU) repair and overhaul
  • Main elements for overall campaign
  • Spare parts availability thanks to LRU standard exchange

On-site support

  • ATR offers an extensive range of services for a quick aircraft return-to-service.
  • Under an EASA Part 145 agreement, or another local agreement when required by local authorities, ATR-approved maintenance organisations (also called Working Parties)  can support operators and lessors in the performance of:
    • Aircraft transition package
    • Technical assessments
    • Technical assistance and aircraft return into service
    • Aircraft repair
    • Service Bulletins (SB)
    • Design Organisations Approvals (DOA) modifications embodiment
    • Scheduled maintenance
