
Nathalie Tarnaud Laude
Chief Executive Officer
Nathalie Tarnaud Laude was appointed by ATR’s Board Members, Airbus and Leonardo, as Chief Executive Officer, effective from 17 September 2022.
Since joining Airbus back in 2005, Nathalie has held various positions in the Aerospace and Defence Industry. In October 2019, she was appointed Head of the NH90 programme for Airbus Helicopters and NHIndustries’ President, with core responsibilities covering the steering of main NH90 programme activities.
Prior to this, she was Head of Treasury at Airbus Helicopters and Head of Operations New Technology Ventures within the Airbus Group CTO organisation.
She is fluent in French and English.

From 2005 till 2013 she has been leading M&A transactions for all Airbus Group divisions including notably the business combination attempt with BAE Systems in 2012 (>35bn€ value).
Before this, she was an equity research analyst with Aurel Leven Securities in Paris and a risk manager on equity derivatives for CCF Securities in Paris.
Academically, she holds a MBA from London Business School, a Masters in Finance from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris and the SFAF diploma. She also attended the INSEAD Transition to General Management course in 2013. She is fluent in French and English.

Guillaume Daudin
Guillaume Daudin has been appointed ATR Senior Vice-President Programs as of September 2021, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer. In this position, he is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Guillaume joined ATR from Airbus where he occupied a wide variety of key roles in Engineering, Configuration, Quality and Program management over the past 17 years. His most recent positions before joining ATR include the Airbus roles of Vice President QUANTUM / DDMS Quality, Vice President of the A330/A340 Program Configuration & Sites Program Management, Head of A350XWB Configuration Management and Senior Director A350XWB US Program Management (position held in San Diego, USA).
He started his career as a Consultant for the European Aeronautic Defence and Space company (Airbus Group) and Motorola.
Guillaume holds an Engineering Diploma from EFREI in Paris and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Antonio Di Gennaro
Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer
Antonio Di Gennaro has been appointed as ATR Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer as of 1 July 2022 reporting to the Chief Executive Officer and member of the company’s Executive Committee.
He brings with him over fifteen years’ experience as a Finance and Operations business leader and joins ATR from PZL Świdnik, a Leonardo Helicopters company, where he was Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Management Board from 2018 to 2022.
Prior to this, Antonio has held several international positions in the Aerospace & Defense Industry in both military and civil sectors. He has a strong background in Operations, Manufacturing, Customer Service & Sales, and business integration between cross cultural organisations.
Between 2013 and 2018, he held the position of Deputy General Director and Chief Operations & Chief Finance Office at HeliVert, a Leonardo AW139 Final Assembly Line and Service Center for Russia & CIS, in Moscow. Prior to this, Antonio was Budgeting & Reporting Director at SCAC – a Sukhoi and Alenia Aermacchi Joint Venture from 2010 to 2013. He started his career at Alenia Aermacchi (merged in 2016 into Leonardo) in 2005.
Antonio holds a MSc degree in Industrial & Management Science Engineering from Politecnico di Torino, in Italy and a MBA Program at the Business & Administration School of Louvain, in Belgium.

Stefano Marazzani
Senior Vice-President Programmes and Customer Services
Raphaël Dubus has been appointed Senior Vice-President Operations, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer as of September 2019. In this position, he is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Raphaël joined ATR in 2005 as Vice President Quality, up to the end of 2011. Between 2012 and 2016, he held the positions of Vice-President Industry and Head of Manufacturing. In May 2017, he was appointed Accountable Manager of ATR’s Production Organisation.
Raphaël started his professional career in 1991, working for the French Airworthiness Authorities, as A320/A321 programme certification engineer. From 1993 to 2004, he held different management positions at the French GSAC (the authority in charge of Civil Aviation Safety), dealing with certification, airworthiness, production and maintenance activities related to ATR and Airbus aircraft, including Airbus legacy programmes. He was part of the Concorde’s Return to Service team.
Raphaël Dubus graduated from the French engineering school ESTACA (Paris) and served in the French Armoured Corps for one year. He is married and has three children.

Eric Segura
Senior Vice-President Operations
Eric Segura has been appointed ATR Senior Vice-President Procurement & Supply Chain as of November 2019, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer and in this position is member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Eric joined ATR from Airbus where he occupied a wide variety of key roles in Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain and Project/Programme management organisations for the last 30 years. His most recent positions before joining ATR include the role of Airbus Executive representative at Rolls-Royce in the UK for Airbus, Head of Supply Chain Operations and Logistics and Head of Electrical Hardware Procurement for Airbus Defence and Space, Head of Direct Materials Procurement for Astrium (now part of Airbus Defence and Space) and Head of Procurement Avionics and Simulations Products for Airbus France.
He started his career in Aerospatiale Aircraft in 1989 as Flight Test Project and Propulsion System Design Engineer and joined Airbus in 1994 with positions in the engine and nacelle programme followed by the development and deployment of the new e-business solution for the supply chain management called Sup@airWorld.
Eric holds a Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de L’Aeronautique et de l’Espace (Sup’Aero) de Toulouse.

Alexis Vidal
Senior Vice-President Commercial
Fabrice joined Aerospatiale in 1988 where he worked as an engineer in the Defense and Aircraft divisions. He then joined ATR’s Commercial Directorate in 1996, gaining and enhancing his knowledge of the regional market and customer understanding through successive positions in Customer Marketing and Aircraft Contracts.
He was appointed SVP Commercial in September 2018, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer.
Fabrice holds an Engineering Degree in Aerospace from ENSAE / Sup’ Aero in Toulouse.

Rahul Domergue
Head of Programmes
Rahul Domergue was appointed Corporate Secretary and General Counsel of ATR, effective from 1 October 2022. Rahul joins ATR’s Executive Committee, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, and heading the Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Environment & Public Affairs and Facility Management functions.
Previously Head of Contracts, Litigation and Intellectual Property at Airbus Helicopters since 2012, Rahul started his career in 1999 as a business laywer at Veolia Environnement, in Paris. Rahul joined the Thales Aerospace division, in 2002, then NHIndustries in 2007 – a joint venture between Airbus Helicopters, Leonardo Helicopters and Stork Fokker – where he set up and headed the Legal department supporting the NH90 helicopter programme. Since January 2022, he also acted as Crisis Management Team Director within the helicopter division of Airbus.
Rahul is 49 years old and holds a degree from the University of Paris X in English Law, and a Masters in International Business Law from the University of Aix-en-Provence.

Head of Communications and Corporate Branding
Christopher McGregor started his career in 1992 with Rolls-Royce.
With a background in engineering development and customer support he then joined BAE Systems Regional Aircraft in 1999.
Christopher’s career in customer support continued with Airbus from 2003.
He joined the Airbus Flight Safety Department in 2008, becoming Head of Accident/Incident Investigation in 2010.
In his last position as Senior Director, Airbus Customer Services Programs, Christopher was tasked with achieving lead-time reduction for in-service solutions and operational reliability projects for the Airbus commercial fleet.
In March 2015, Christopher McGregor was appointed as Flight Safety Officer of ATR.
In June 2021, he was appointed Senior Vice-President Flight Safety Officer & Quality.
- Christopher McGregor is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS).
- He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1992
- He has two children.
