See what our interns have to say

In the spirit of showing ATR trust towards young generations, we have interviewed some of our trainees who are making a difference at ATR!

Salendia Bogar: from intern to HR apprentice

“ I started as an intern in Human Resources. I had then the opportunity to do an International Volunteering Program at one of the ATR subsidiary in Miami, and to come back to France to pursue with an apprenticeship at the ATR’s Headquarters.”

Milo Valette: from intern to apprentice at the FAL

“I have chosen to take this opportunity to work at ATR because I like the company values. In my opinion, the strong team spirit, rigor & trust are the 3 main strengths of ATR.”

Tess Belmas: from intern to electrician working on cabling at P42

“If I had to choose three words to describe ATR, I would say teamwork, respect and human-sized company.”

See what our apprentices have to say

Nathan FORT – Cabin Project Management & Justification

“What I appreciate most about my apprenticeship is the trust given by my colleagues which leads me to have autonomy in my work and discover a lot about the aeronautical industry.”

Chloé Montamat – ATR Development Engineering Apprentice

“The experience at ATR helped increase my self-confidence and adapt to a challenging industry that I’m passionate about”

Louis Malliet – ATR Transverse Operational Excellence & Logistics Apprentice

“ATR encourages apprentices to work on different subjects in order to broaden their skills. My tutor is very implicated, and she transmits all the knowledge that we don’t learn at school. So that is definitely an added value.”

Tasks promoting empowerment in a win-win environment

If you obtain an internship agreement or work/study contract at ATR, you are supervised by professionals who accompany you on a daily basis in your training and you develop your skills by participating in the projects and assignments of the teams in which you work. You bring us your energy, your ambition, and a fresh look at how we work.
We recruit candidates from all academic backgrounds.

Very diverse partnerships and actions

Our geographical proximity, the specific skills related to aeronautics and the links with the two groups to which we belong all lead us to establish privileged partnerships with renowned academic institutions and universities (ISAE SUPAERO, ENAC, the AIRBUS college, Saint-Exupéry college in Blagnac, University of Naples, Toulouse Business School, etc.). Working with these partners, we hold regular conferences and develop specific projects, but we are open to new experiences with other institutions.
For young audiences, we also organise activities such as visits to our production and assembly lines, or the awarding of scholarships to help finance study trips abroad or internships in research laboratories.
