At ATR, we believe in investing in our employees’ development and growth. We offer a wide range of programmes tailored to our company’s culture and values including  rich face-to-face and e-learning training options.

Our programmes include courses specifically designed for newcomers and employees undergoing a career change, as well as coaching, mentoring, Live My Life, practical experience in airline companies, and co-development opportunities.

We have several change agent networks, in-house coaches, and Lean advisors to support our community. Additionally, we organise conferences and workshops throughout the year with inspiring external guests.

CSE and initiatives

We provide our employees with access to two social and economic committees (CSEs) that offer a range of benefits and initiatives. Our employees enjoy privileged access to sports and cultural activities organised through a large network of associations.

ATR’s CSEs offer social and cultural activities, including family and employee events, flexible schemes (such as holiday vouchers and culture vouchers), and payment of canteen entry fees. Additionally, employees have access to services provided by the Airbus Operations CSE, such as ticketing, travel, cooperatives, and summer camps.

At ATR, we’re committed to tackling the major challenges facing our society, including environmental and energy issues. Following ISO 14001 principles, we’re dedicated to growing our company while protecting the environment.

Our environmental goals include reducing CO2 emissions, preserving natural resources and biodiversity, and managing hazardous substances. Our aircraft are already highly efficient and have low noise and CO2 emissions, and we’ve reduced our water, electricity, and gas consumption since 2012. We also launched a carpooling app that has prevented over 4.5 tonnes of CO2 emissions since 2018.”
