
Stefano Bortoli
Chief Executive Officer
Stefano Bortoli was appointed by ATR’s shareholders, Airbus and Leonardo, as Chief Executive Officer of ATR in September 2018.
Prior to this position, Stefano Bortoli was President of the ATR Board and Senior Vice-President (SVP) Strategy and Sales of Leonardo’s Aircraft Division from March 2017. Previously, he served as SVP Sales and Marketing of Leonardo Helicopter division from 2015 to 2017, and as SVP Staff Functions & Governance of Augusta Westland, from 2013 to 2015.

Stefano Bortoli
Chief Executive Officer
Stefano Bortoli was appointed by ATR’s shareholders, Airbus and Leonardo, as Chief Executive Officer of ATR in September 2018.
Prior to this position, Stefano Bortoli was President of the ATR Board and Senior Vice-President (SVP) Strategy and Sales of Leonardo’s Aircraft Division from March 2017. Previously, he served as SVP Sales and Marketing of Leonardo Helicopter division from 2015 to 2017, and as SVP Staff Functions & Governance of Augusta Westland, from 2013 to 2015.
Between 2011 and 2013, he was Chief Executive Officer of Snai Group, an Italian firm specialised in the gaming market. From 2006 to 2011, he served as Group Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of Lottomatica/GTECH in the United States, also in the gaming industry.
From 1989 to 2006, Stefano Bortoli was Co-Director and CFO at Alenia Aeronautica.
Stefano Bortoli started his professional career in 1985 in Italy as Internal Auditor at the pharmaceutical firm Johnson and Johnson and later spent three years at Ispettorato IRI, an Italian state-owned holding company.
He holds a degree cum laude in Economics from the University of Rome. He served as Officer at Guardia di Finanza, the Italian Financial Police, in 1984 and 1985. He is married and has one child.

David Brigante
Senior Vice-President Customer Support & Services
David Brigante has been appointed as ATR Senior Vice-President Customer Support & Services, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli. In this position, he is a member of the company’s Executive Committee. David joined ATR in 2015, and was Senior Vice-President Procurement until 2019.
Between the end of 2012 and 2015, he was Senior Vice-President Customer Support and Services, responsible for the logistics support of all military programs in Alenia Aermacchi. Prior to this, David was Senior Vice-President Procurement, in charge of all products and programmes in Alenia Aermacchi.
From 2008 to 2010 he held the position of Senior Vice-President Industrial Control and Planning, while between 2009 and 2010, he was also in charge of the Commercial Programmes of Alenia.
David joined Alenia in 1988, and, up to 2008, held responsibilities from contract management to sales activities, always within the commercial field for aerostructures.
David Brigante holds a Degree in Business Administration from the Federico II University in Naples, Italy.

Raphaël Dubus
Senior Vice-President Operations
Raphaël Dubus has been appointed Senior Vice-President Operations, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli, as of September 2019. In this position, he is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Raphaël joined ATR in 2005 as Vice President Quality, up to the end of 2011. Between 2012 and 2016, he held the positions of Vice-President Industry and Head of Manufacturing. In May 2017, he was appointed Accountable Manager of ATR’s Production Organisation.
Raphaël started his professional career in 1991, working for the French Airworthiness Authorities, as A320/A321 programme certification engineer. From 1993 to 2004, he held different management positions at the French GSAC (the authority in charge of Civil Aviation Safety), dealing with certification, airworthiness, production and maintenance activities related to ATR and Airbus aircraft, including Airbus legacy programmes. He was part of the Concorde’s Return to Service team.
Raphaël Dubus graduated from the French engineering school ESTACA (Paris) and served in the French Armoured Corps for one year. He is married and has three children.

Eric Segura
Senior Vice-President Procurement & Supply Chain
Eric Segura has been appointed ATR Senior Vice-President Procurement & Supply Chain as of November 2019, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli, and in this position is member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Eric joined ATR from Airbus where he occupied a wide variety of key roles in Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain and Project/Programme management organisations for the last 30 years. His most recent positions before joining ATR include the role of Airbus Executive representative at Rolls-Royce in the UK for Airbus, Head of Supply Chain Operations and Logistics and Head of Electrical Hardware Procurement for Airbus Defence and Space, Head of Direct Materials Procurement for Astrium (now part of Airbus Defence and Space) and Head of Procurement Avionics and Simulations Products for Airbus France.
He started his career in Aerospatiale Aircraft in 1989 as Flight Test Project and Propulsion System Design Engineer and joined Airbus in 1994 with positions in the engine and nacelle programme followed by the development and deployment of the new e-business solution for the supply chain management called Sup@airWorld.
Eric holds a Degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Ecole Nationale Superieure de L’Aeronautique et de l’Espace (Sup’Aero) de Toulouse.

Frédéric Torrea
Corporate Secretary and General Counsel
Frédéric Torrea holds a Masters in Business Law (DEA en Droit des Affaires) from the Toulouse Law University and a Masters in Political Science with an emphasis on economy and finance from Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Toulouse.
In 1991, he was hired as lawyer by Aerospatiale – Systems and Services – and, after three years, took responsibility of the Cooperation Department in this business unit.
In 1996, Frédéric Torrea joined WorldSpace Inc., a company operating a digital radio broadcasting satellite system, first as lawyer at the company’s headquarters in Washington D.C., then as President of WorldSpace France, the French subsidiary of WorldSpace Inc.
Frédéric Torrea re-joined the Airbus group at the end of 2001 as Senior Lawyer for Airbus S.A.S., mainly acting as counsel for aircraft-related procurement activities covering various practice areas such as contracts law and intellectual property law.
As from the end of 2006, he took responsibility of the Airbus Procurement Contracts Department consisting of contract specialists negotiating the main procurement agreements and mastering contractual risks.
In February 2009, Frédéric Torrea was appointed as ATR General Counsel and also is the company’s Export Control Officer and International Compliance Officer.
Frédéric Torrea was born in Oloron-Sainte-Marie, France. He is married and has a daughter.

Giovanni Tramparulo
Senior Vice-President Finance & Chief Financial Officer
Appointed in the position of Senior Vice-President Finance & Chief Financial Officer in 2016, Giovanni Tramparulo is in charge of Customer & Structured Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Taxes, Controlling, Credit & Risk Management and Internal Control.
Giovanni Tramparulo started his career in the aeronautical industry in 1985 at the Treasury Department of Aeritalia in Naples with the responsibility of managing foreign currencies. In 1988, he moved to the Headquarters of Alenia in Rome where he was responsible for Export Finance and Special Projects covering military and civil aircraft worldwide for all the divisions.
He has a long-lasting experience with ATR. From 1992 to 2014, he held several senior positions, including Chief Financial Officer (2007-2010) and CEO’s Sales Finance Special Advisor (2010-2014). Before that, he was responsible of Customer Finance, Credit Management, Risk Management and Internal Control.
From 2014 to 2016, Giovanni Tramparulo was CEO’s Sales Finance Advisor at SuperJet International in Venice, a joint venture between Leonardo and Sukhoi Civil Aircraft in charge of marketing and sales of Superjet regional jet aircraft.
He is a lecturer for corporate finance and aircraft sales financing for various MBAs organized by the French National Institute of Civil Aviation (ENAC) of Toulouse; and developed with the Faculty of Aeronautics of the University of Rome a Master in Air Transport for the benefit of engineers working in the aviation industry.
Further to Business Studies at the Ecole Supérieure de Commerce et d’Administration in Lausanne, Switzerland, Giovanni Tramparulo was graduated cum laude in Economics and Finance from the University of Naples.

Fabrice Vautier
Senior Vice-President Commercial
Fabrice joined Aerospatiale in 1988 where he worked as an engineer in the Defense and Aircraft divisions. He then joined ATR’s Commercial Directorate in 1996, gaining and enhancing his knowledge of the regional market and customer understanding through successive positions in Customer Marketing and Aircraft Contracts.
He was appointed SVP Commercial in September 2018, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer.
Fabrice holds an Engineering Degree in Aerospace from ENSAE / Sup’ Aero in Toulouse.

Stéphane Viala
Senior Vice-President Engineering
Stéphane Viala is SVP Engineering and Head of Design Organisation ATR. He was VP ATR Chief Engineer and Head of Engineering Integration in charge of technical definition and development of product, continuous improvement and continuous airworthiness since 2016.
He previously worked for AIRBUS Commercial aircraft division during more than 16 years.
He was A320 Incremental Development Chief Project Engineer in charge of Covering the Overall Physical Design, Overall A/C Design and Overall System Design defining and developing next steps for A320 program in the chief Engineering team.
He moreover participated to define the architecture and technical aspects of R&T Programs during 4 years as head of Overall a/c Design encompassing flight physics, engine, Flight Test Bed and Methods and Tools perimeter after having set up flight test demonstrator organization for R&T.
He has been also Head of A30X Flight Physics and Flight Dynamics Integrated team in charge of defining what could be a new Single Aisle a/c. The conclusion of those studies led to the launch of A320 NEO.
Prior to those roles, he has been deputy of A350 Flight Dynamics integrated team. He has been also in charge of France Aerodynamic Methods team same time supporting any development involving fluid mechanics (e.g. Aerodynamics, Aerothermic, Fuel, Bleed Air and Icing)
Furthermore, he is the owner of several patents in Aerospace field and was involved in several tiger teams supporting Airbus a/c programs.
He obtained his Ph.D Degree on Turbulence Modeling from SUPAERO/ONERA in 1995 after graduating as an Aeronautics Engineer at ENSMA (École Nationale Supérieure de Mécanique et d’Aérotechnique) in 1992.

Mirta de Benedictis
Head of Communications and Corporate Branding
Mirta de Benedictis has been appointed Head of Communications and Corporate Branding for ATR as of February 2020, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli, and in this position is member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Prior to this position, Mirta de Benedictis was Head of the Editorial Board from April 2016 within the Communications function of Leonardo, handling the selection and review of all content related to external communications, website, brochures, marketing materials, news.
Until 2016 Mirta was Executive Director Communications of Selex ES, member of the Executive Committee, managing a transnational team of 60 people. Previously she was responsible of Communications of Selex Galileo, the Anglo-Italian company of Finmeccanica in the Airborne electronics field. The company then merged with Selex Sistemi Integrati and Selex Elsag to become Selex ES.
In all these positions responsibilities covered internal and external comms, intranet, website, social media, exhibitions and events, press, conference and presentation preparations, marketing materials and audio visual tools. Mirta also headed the Sponsorship Committee and was responsible for the production and review of all related policies and processes, such as sponsorship, shows and exhibitions, gifts and entertainment, tailored for both the Italian and the British regulations.
Before this, Mirta covered positions with increasing responsibilities in Government, Strategy, and programme management.
Mirta has completed her studies in French languages and has lived for years in the United States where she passed the Baccalauréat, and in Lebanon, where she studied Business Administration at the American University of Beirut.
In charge of:
Developing and implementing the corporate communication strategy of ATR (and its subsidiaries) as well as providing strategic advice to the company’s management on all communication and reputation related topics in order to promote and protect the brand, its products and services as well as its reputation in full alignment with the company goals and business plan and in close collaboration with all the business functions and in alignment with shareholders communication functions.

Guillaume Daudin
Head of Programmes
Guillaume Daudin has been appointed ATR Senior Vice-President Programs as of September 2021, reporting to ATR’s Chief Executive Officer, Stefano Bortoli. In this position, he is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.
Guillaume joined ATR from Airbus where he occupied a wide variety of key roles in Engineering, Configuration, Quality and Program management over the past 17 years. His most recent positions before joining ATR include the Airbus roles of Vice President QUANTUM / DDMS Quality, Vice President of the A330/A340 Program Configuration & Sites Program Management, Head of A350XWB Configuration Management and Senior Director A350XWB US Program Management (position held in San Diego, USA).
He started his career as a Consultant for the European Aeronautic Defence and Space company (Airbus Group) and Motorola.
Guillaume holds an Engineering Diploma from EFREI in Paris and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Christopher McGregor
Flight Safety Officer & Quality
Christopher McGregor started his career in 1992 with Rolls-Royce.
With a background in engineering development and customer support he then joined BAE Systems Regional Aircraft in 1999.
Christopher’s career in customer support continued with Airbus from 2003.
He joined the Airbus Flight Safety Department in 2008, becoming Head of Accident/Incident Investigation in 2010.
In his last position as Senior Director, Airbus Customer Services Programs, Christopher was tasked with achieving lead-time reduction for in-service solutions and operational reliability projects for the Airbus commercial fleet.
In March 2015, Christopher McGregor was appointed as Flight Safety Officer of ATR.
In June 2021, he was appointed Senior Vice-President Flight Safety Officer & Quality.
- Christopher McGregor is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society (FRAeS).
- He graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1992
- He has two children.

Sadika Moussaoui
Head of Human Resources
Sadika Moussaoui is Head of Human Resources at ATR. Member of the Executive Committee responsible for the Group’s HR strategy, she defines and leads the company’s HR policy, social relations and health, safety and security protection. She joined ATR on 1st July, 2020.
Before joining ATR, Sadika worked at Airbus for 20 years, where she held various responsibilities within HR, an area about which she feels truly passionate. She began in the Payroll and Personnel Administration department before joining the Legal and Social Relations teams. In 2009, she became Head of Social Policy and worked on harmonising business agreements in Airbus’s aircraft division.
In 2012, she was appointed Head of Human Resources of Airbus’ transnational centre of industrial excellence. Alongside a team of HR business partners in the four European countries where Airbus is located, she helped to launch a new dynamic for HR, recruiting leaders, promoting international mobility and developing a skills strategy for factories of the future. In 2015, she became Director of Human Resources for the Airbus factory in Nantes, where she brought in changes for both the organisation and the social, industrial and performance issues at stake there.
Sadika holds a DESS (French Higher Education Diploma), and a Master’s degree, in law and personnel management.

Christophe Rouillé
Head of Digital Transformation
Christophe Rouillé is Head of Digital Transformation, responsible for ATR’s digital transition strategy and its implementation. Christophe joined the company at the end of 2018 as Head of Engineering Data Management, and then became Head of Engineering Continuous Improvement and Quality.
Before joining ATR, Christophe spent 18 years working at CIMPA, now a subsidiary of the Sopra-Steria group, where he held several positions. He began as a team manager, responsible for implementing new concepts relating to digital mock-ups, and was involved in the Airbus Concurrent Engineering (ACE) project before being appointed Department Manager, where he was responsible for configuration management, optimisation and digital mock-ups. In 2011, he took up the position of VP in charge of in-service lifecycle management, working closely with many players in the aeronautical sector (manufacturers, operators, MRO and airports).
Christophe began his career in 1990 as a designer, trainer and consultant in computer-aided design at C.A.S.O (Aircraft Design in Southwest France).
